help! im so stressed!

do you feel super stressed? anxious?
you need grounding.

you've lost connection to the source.

the source is the universe or the earth or the main energy. the source is something that keeps you connected!

to regian control and clarity, you need to be grounded, connected.



here is a quick tip on how to become grounded:


sit down, lay down, stand up, just be still.

imagine in your head that your feet are getting bigger, they are getting huge.

imagine roots growing from your feet smashing through the ground,running along the earth hitting the middle of the planet.

now imagine there is a white light running through these roots from the middle of the earth right back into your feet, feel it pulsate through these roots like blood through veins.

now imagine being filled with this white light; imagine each of your chakras lighting up and spinning as the light pulses through you.

it reaches the top of your head and shines through your crown chakra, a beam of pure white light coming out of you and illuminating the whole room, have this vision in your head and breath three times heavily, then open your eyes, and shake off this feeling starting by wiggling your fingertips.

you are now grounded.

you are now connected again.

feel the peace, feel the calm.

do this anytime anywhere when you are feeling at unease, feeling lost, feeling stressed.
