starting your own fashion label

I have run my own Fashion label for over two years now.

here is what I've learnt.

You need a good collection, well made, great ideas and good quality fabrics.

You need to start small, and be consistent with the amount of work you produce.

Then enquire with PR agents whether they want to have an informal chat about your brand.

Develop a Ready To Wear range, make some money. use Etsy or Asos Marketplace.
Etsy is the best (its cheap and has a wider audience)

Upload your designs on notjustalabel.com.

money is a big contender in the fashion industry especially for start ups; if you could spare a few pounds id really appreciate it;




 


This is only a brief outline to starting label, you will learn, you will make mistakes but you will get there, i will be writing more posts in the next few weeks about different elements of starting your own label.
